Zoro’s End of summer Savings

Zoro’s mass two-tier promotional campaign targeted their mass audience. There was no theme requested in the creative brief, so I created an “End of Summer Savings” story for this campaign. From there, I wrote copy that reflected this concept and related to a mass audience. I also collaborated with the graphic designer, Peter Cho, to add visuals that reinforced the campaign’s story.

I wrote all the copy for this campaign, including the initial and reminder email subject lines, pre-headers, and headline copy.

Zoro’s Auto & Truck

Zoro wanted to run a promotion on auto and truck merchandise. The goal was to stimulate sales of auto products to non-business customers, such as vehicle repair DIYers and auto hobbyists. After researching the products, I wrote copy that spoke to this niche audience. I also collaborated with the graphic designer, Peter Cho, to add visuals that reinforced the campaign’s story.

Zoro’s SIC: Retail & Service Cross-sell

The goal of this promotion was to influence customers to cross-purchase products based on their recent order history. We targeted service-based and retail-based business segments spanning amusement parks to hospitals. My challenge was to create copy that was general enough to appeal to everyone yet specific enough to resonate within our diverse segments. I then collaborated with the graphic designer, Peter Cho, to build the visuals, coordinating with the copy.
