When I worked at Promo Works, as an Operations Coordinator, my daily responsibilities were not creative. But, when our customer engagement was declining due to do lack of staff training, I began to create training videos for our staff.
I went on to spearheaded an in-house film department, which produced training videos for our retail staff. I assembled a team of collaborators. From there we worked on creating, branding, and producing all our training videos. This grew from a task force project in 2017 to a billable service offered to clients in 2018. These videos also improved our staff's engagement with customers.
I created and directed the content, copy, and storyboards for all film department projects.
